A Bragg-Mitchell Mansion Wedding
My team and I were at The Bragg-Mitchell Mansion for the third time this spring and we loved every minute of it! Fun fact, this was also our third wedding at this venue this spring with the fabulous team at Bella Victoria Events. Leah and Alex had such a timeless Southern wedding. I love spring weddings where the reception begins just before sunset. The lights twinkling from the giant oak trees along with the golden hour glow are just a picture-perfect setting for a wedding reception!
Leah and Alex are such a laid back couple. I immediately knew when I took their engagement photos that wedding day with them would have a chill vibe. Best of all, they had the sweetest families and friends helping them make their day special. Several family members traveled to Mobile from quite far away…including as far as Alaska!
Prior to the wedding, Leah told me her mom helped her to plan a lot of the details of the day. I love that The Bragg-Mitchell Mansion is also where her parents had their wedding reception 35 years ago! During bride and groom portrait time, Leah asked if we could recreate a photo that her parents had taken the day of their wedding. I was delighted to be able to do so and I love that it will hold such sentimental memories for both Leah and Alex, as well as for her parents.
Enjoy my favorites from Leah and Alex’s beautiful day! Cheers to the newly Mr. and Mrs. Henry!
