A Downtown Fairhope Engagement Session

It was a picture perfect afternoon the day I met up with Leah and Alex in Fairhope. Despite this being a November engagement session, it felt like a spring day! I don’t know what is going on with this year’s fall weather, but I’m thankful to have had clear skies for so many sessions in a row.

Leah and Alex were in town from Birmingham for this session. Alex spent a lot of time overseas when he was growing up, but Leah is from the Mobile Bay area and has fond memories of shopping in Fairhope with her mom. We roamed the streets of the downtown area before heading to a bayside location for sunset photos. It was the perfect session!

I only have a few more engagement sessions on my calendar before the end of 2024. It’s so hard to believe the holiday season is already upon us! Before we know it, we’ll be headed into a new year of weddings. As we draw closer to Thanksgiving Day, I am reminded of how thankful I am to get to work with such lovely couples year after year. They are the ones that truly make my job a joy!
