A St. Francis at the Point Wedding

I have been looking forward to Ashley and Brandon’s wedding day ever since I met them at their engagement session. They’re the type of couple that you feel like you’ve somehow known forever, despite spending only a short time together. When I met their families at their rehearsal dinner, I immediately felt like I’d long known their families as well.

Ashley and Brandon are two of the kindest people I’ve ever met. I was in tears listening to their families and friends toast them at both the rehearsal dinner and the wedding. You could feel the joy radiating from everyone the entire weekend. On top of that, every detail of this day was exquisite thanks to a dream vendor team.

I was so excited to finally have a wedding with my friend/commercial photography client, Nour, of Sukar Bakes. Her cakes are not only works of art, they taste amazing as well! I was also thrilled to get to work with the ever joyful Jillian of Fleur Zoe Floral. Her floral creations for this day were breathtaking! We decided it’s been far too long since we last had a wedding together.

I also love that this wedding introduced me to a new wedding vendor for a new type of of video coverage – behind the scenes content creation. Ever So Candid documented Ashley and Brandon’s day with behind the scenes style video coverage via iPhone. My team and I loved working with their team!

At the end of the night, Ashley gave me a hug and thanked me for helping make her wedding day dreams come true. There is no better feeling you can have at the end of a wedding day than knowing everything turned out as your bride and groom hoped it would. My team and I drove home recounting all the beautiful moments of the wedding, feeling grateful for such a wonderful day. Cheers to the newly Mr. and Mrs. Johnson!
