"Elizabeth is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Her style of coaching is very easy to follow making her pictures look so natural. I love her use of natural light. Her style is classic and timeless, which is exactly what I wanted for my wedding day. Twenty years in the future, I am confident I will still love my pictures as much as I do today."
"Elizabeth is the most genuine person you will ever meet! The love she has for her job is so apparent not only in her beautiful photos but also in the warm and welcoming atmosphere she creates during her shoots. My husband and I do not love taking photos, however Elizabeth made us feel so comfortable and calm in front of the camera. Our wedding and engagement photos exceeded my expectations. Not only is her work wonderful but her calming positive attitude is what every bride needs on her wedding day. I could not recommend her enough! She is truly the best!"

"Elizabeth is the best choice in my opinion! She took time to get to know Justin and myself to where we felt like friends, which made posing for pictures less awkward. She is extremely kind and not shy to tell you how to pose/stand, which was very helpful for me! Elizabeth's photography is very natural. Overall, I could not have imagined working with a better photographer, because in my experience she is the best!!

Clay proposed to Mary Emma under an oak tree on the property they purchased for building their future home. It was just the two of them in this place that will be so special to them over the years to come. Mary Emma’s and Clay’s families were both in on the surprise and were waiting to celebrate these two when they returned to Mary Emma’s house afterwards. To know this sweet couple is to know that family is important to them and I love working with couples who are close to their families.
I first worked with Mary Emma’s family for her cousin’s wedding back in 2018. It was such a treat to get to capture another wedding day for this sweet family! Her grandmother told me at the end of the night that she has two more granddaughters who aren’t yet married. I told her that I hope I can be there to capture their days as well because I just adore this family! On top of them being some of the kindest people you’ll meet, they also know how to have a good time, which is always the best combination for a wedding day!
While I hadn’t met Clay’s family prior to Saturday, I did know that they have had a busy year. Clay’s sister, Jill, got married at this same church just a little over a month ago. I can’t imagine having two weddings so close together in the same family, especially during a year where it has been beyond tricky to plan weddings! Thankfully, both weddings were able to go forward as planned!
After their ceremony at Sacred Heart Chapel in Fairhope, everyone headed to the evening reception, which was mostly outdoors. The location was fantastic and everyone danced the night away under the stars!
It was a treat getting to catch up with one of my 2018 couples, Maggie and Ross! It’s hard to believe they will celebrate their third wedding anniversary in April!
