"Elizabeth is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. Her style of coaching is very easy to follow making her pictures look so natural. I love her use of natural light. Her style is classic and timeless, which is exactly what I wanted for my wedding day. Twenty years in the future, I am confident I will still love my pictures as much as I do today."
"Elizabeth is the most genuine person you will ever meet! The love she has for her job is so apparent not only in her beautiful photos but also in the warm and welcoming atmosphere she creates during her shoots. My husband and I do not love taking photos, however Elizabeth made us feel so comfortable and calm in front of the camera. Our wedding and engagement photos exceeded my expectations. Not only is her work wonderful but her calming positive attitude is what every bride needs on her wedding day. I could not recommend her enough! She is truly the best!"

"Elizabeth is the best choice in my opinion! She took time to get to know Justin and myself to where we felt like friends, which made posing for pictures less awkward. She is extremely kind and not shy to tell you how to pose/stand, which was very helpful for me! Elizabeth's photography is very natural. Overall, I could not have imagined working with a better photographer, because in my experience she is the best!!

When I first met Mackenzie and Christopher, we found ourselves talking about our grandparents. I met up with them for a consultation right before my Granny passed away last year. Mackenzie happened to work at the same hospital and on one of the specialty floors where my grandmother stayed for part of the time she was in the hospital. I felt certain their paths had to have crossed at some point. Mackenzie has such a caring heart and I could tell how much she loves caring for her patients.
As we chatted about our grandparents, Mackenzie shared that she and Christopher were both close to their grandparents. So when I heard that Christopher’s beloved grandfather passed away a few days prior to their wedding, my heart ached for them. On the day of the wedding, Mackenzie spotted several butterflies throughout the day. She said she felt it was a sign that Christopher’s grandfather was smiling down on them and sharing in their joy. I was wishing I’d caught one on camera, but knowing they were there is what matters.
Mackenzie and Christopher chose Spring Hill College for their ceremony and reception. As a Spring Hill College alum myself, it is one of my favorite places to photograph a wedding! There are so many beautiful portrait spots to choose from. The only problem we had the whole day was dodging traffic in order to get photos on the Avenue of the Oaks. This avenue is known to many as a great portrait location in our area, but it is extra special to all who attended the Jesuit College of the South.
When you’re a student at Spring Hill, you start and end your college journey with the Avenue of the Oaks. It is a sentimental location for all Spring Hill grads. I’m so glad we were able to get in a few photos in this spot, even though it was challenging. Two weddings were happening on campus at the same time so there was quite a bit of traffic!
Mackenzie and Christopher, it was such a joy photographing your wedding! Enjoy this preview of your day and happy honeymooning!
Christopher wore this family heirloom in memory of his beloved grandfather.
Mackenzie shared a First Look with her dad and it was the sweetest moment!!!
We were finishing up bridal party portraits when Christopher’s grandmother arrived. Her reaction to seeing Mackenzie in her gown was one of my favorite moments of the day!
This is why you want to save time for Golden Hour portraits! We could not have taken this portrait any earlier in the day than we did because this spot would have been in full sun. I’m so glad these two took a few minutes post ceremony for some bonus bride and groom portraits! These were some of my favorites of the day!

These are so classic and beautiful! I love the colors and the location is amazing!
Love the moment with the bride and her grandma. How very sweet! And if I could move those trees to Kentucky for a day, I’d be so happy. Gorgeous!
These are so beautiful Elizabeth. You’ve captured all the beauty and joy of their day perfectly!! And that church was just spectacular!
