When Sam contacted me to schedule a portrait session, he told me he was planning a surprise for his girlfriend Ashley. The pictures were not the surprise. The surprise was a proposal! YAY!!! I could barely contain my excitement. Sam and I hatched a plan to put the session together so that Ashley wouldn’t get suspicious. She’d been wanting to do a portrait session with Sam for a while, so knowing they were having pictures taken didn’t make her suspicious that there would be a surprise.
